As Humana’s Chief Administrative Officer, Tim is responsible for Human Resources, Health & Well Being, Marketing, Enterprise Change and Agility, Workplace Experience & Real Estate, Inclusion and Diversity, Safety and Security. Tim is a member of the Management Team, which sets the firm’s strategic direction, and reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Broussard.
Tim earned a master’s degree in public administration from Brigham Young University, a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Weber State and an associate degree in business management from Salt Lake Community College. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate in Humane Letters from Salt Lake Community College.
