Allan Martin is the Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Lumina Analytics. Mr. Martin holds several titles,
including Chairman of Atlantic Merchant Capital Investors, Managing Partner of Fleur De Lis Partners, Chief
Investment Officer of Lumina Alpha Management, and Chairman of the Martin Family Foundation. Additionally, Mr.
Martin is a Board Member and past chair for the Moffitt Medical Group.
Prior to Lumina, Mr. Martin was CEO and Vice Chairman of Mortgage Contracting Services, and a Director of
Florida Capital Bank.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern Maine.
