Francie Heller is currently advising and conducting business development activities for investors and asset
management firms to define purpose, mission and values and to align those values to their investments. Ms.
Heller is a specialist for Investment Office Resources (IOR) helping investment offices design and implement
responsive investing. Also she is a Senior Independent Advisor for Arabesque Group, a firm that pioneered a
new approach to asset management by integrating ESG big data with quantitative strategies. Ms Heller is
Founder and Managing Partner at Heller Advisory, providing products and services to investors and investments
offices. Earlier, Ms. Heller served as a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey where she ran the Pension,
Endowment and Foundation Group. Prior to that Ms. Heller was Managing Director Client Relations and Head of
Pension Solutions at Chilton Investment Company. Before Chilton she served as Senior Managing Director and
Global Head of the Pension, Endowment and Foundation Services Group at Bear Stearns and Co, Inc. Previously
she was President of MBIA Municipal Investors Service Corporation (MISC) where she created and ran all aspects
of the government investment management business.
Ms. Heller was also an Education Director in New York public schools for several years. Ms. Heller graduated
from Boston University with a BS and earned a master’s equivalent degree from the University of Georgia and a
Professional Diploma (PD) from Fordham University. She holds certificates from Columbia University, Stanford
University and Harvard University Executive Education programs. Ms. Heller currently serves on several
not-for-profit Boards including College Unbound, Emeritus at Furman University, The Woodlands Continuing Care
Community, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Investment Committee, Abundance Capital. a Venture Affiliate
Partner for Boston Millenia Partners and the Advisory Board of MyCareGorithm. Ms. Heller is a certified
mediator and holds series 7 and 65 licenses.
