Misty James is originally from Houston, Texas and is a graduate (B of S in HRMA-event planning management) of the University of Houston. She moved to Tampa, Florida in 2004 and started working in healthcare in 2013 at Moffitt Cancer Center, where she was an Executive Assistant and then moved into a supervisory role as a Department Support Supervisor working directly under Dr. Louis Harrison. In 2020, she and her family moved to Charlottesville, Virginia and she left Moffitt to pursue her career with MyCareGorithm.
Misty James is the Product and Client Services Manager. In this role, she is responsible for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management. She reports directly to the President and CEO and contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing MyCareGorithm’s value to our clients and prospects.
